Maps from the Hans im Glück Hazienda Competition

prepared by Günther Rosenbaum

In the summer of 2006, Hans im Glück Verlag organized a competition to generate and test a Hacienda map with the map generator and then send it to HiG.

The competition is over and we would like to keep a few of the interesting entries for posterity and offer them to you to test and play! Three of these plans can also be played online at YUCATA.DE - give it a try!

You can also play Hazienda on http://www.spielbyweb.com/index.php. There it is even possible to upload maps created with the generator and then play there on this plan! There are also a lot of example maps of other players!!

If you want to use the maps for playing, you need to install the Hazienda Schedule Generator, download the map files (*.haz), print them and glue them together. We didn't store the finished PDF files directly because they are many megabytes in size.

The order of the maps is purely coincidental and does not represent any evaluation ...

Neues Land (by Patrik R., for 2/4 players)

In this variant the Erntechips get a new, additional meaning.

The Erntechips get a new meaning:

They can be placed on a free Pampa space and count as NEUTRAL Land (thus for all players with adjacent own tiles) both in the calculation of the income in the case of market development as well as in the interim and final evaluation with respect to chains. Are all Erntechips used on the board (either as Erntechips or as new land tile), they can be moved according to the normal rules.

To prevent the transfer, a hacienda can be placed on a Erntechip (if it is used as a land was used). This means that it remains stationary and can no longer be moved. will be. When scoring, the value of all connecting land tiles doubles analogous to the basic game.
