Only play it with wargamers! Rating went down a little after repeated play, as the balancing
\nproblem with Lannister never seems really solved, even with the new rules. But as an improvement on
\n“Diplomacy” roots this game works very well, and the transition of book to game has been
\nhandled wonderfully, with beautiful graphics that capture the mood of the (great!) books. This
\ncould become (after some tweaking) to Martin’s “A Game of Thrones” what Avalon
\nHill’s “Dune” did to the “Dune” books. It certainly made me read the books
\nand I never looked back. Perhaps one of Fantasy Flight’s finest games.<\/p>\n
