An interesting attempt to create a kind of hybrid between “Puerto Rico” and a fantasy
\nwargame. In fact it is the mechanics stolen from the latter that really shine in this game, as the
\nactual battle rules need revision (proven by the myriads of house rules for this game). The
\nminiatures are cool as always with Eagle Games, but sometimes one gets the impression that the game
\nwants to be cleverer than it actually is. Player interaction is limited – the players sitting
\ndiagonally in a 4 player game will never have to do something with each other except competing for
\nvictory.<\/p>\n
