The Special Action system works especially well, and gives the game an interesting<br \/>\nunpredictability without cumbersome rules. All in all the game is much more complicated than many<br \/>\nthink, and some special rules exceptions are well hidden in the rules (which are otherwise well<br \/>\nedited) and the end game may drag into an endless dicefest if the axis player simply hoards all his<br \/>\nunits in a few well defended spaces.
