Quick look by Moritz Eggert
Mildly fascinating “exploration” game by the master himself, more luck-driven than
most of Knizia’s other games. The feeling of exploring the Dark Continent comes across as a
kind of side note, as this is more as a symbol collector’s race. There are too many games which
explore similar territory, and most of them are better, but this game has very simple rules and a
certain family appeal going for it. Called racist by some, but I’ve never understood why.
